These terms apply when you buy from Little Gasp ("we", "us"), operated by Aniket Nandkumar Gurav, Mumbai, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell personalised, interactive websites ("surprise websites"). You enter names, messages and photos on our website and see a live preview. After payment, we create your website and give you a private web link to share.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our website. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Delivery

Your link appears on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we also email it to the address you entered. If anything goes wrong, contact us with your payment ID and we will deliver it within 48 hours.

Your content

• You must own or have permission to use every photo and message you submit.
• You must not submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harasses or harms anyone.
• We may refuse or remove any website that breaks these rules, without a refund.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store and display it only to provide your website.

How long websites stay live

Each website stays live for at least 12 months from the order date. We may take it down after that, or earlier if you ask us to.

Our designs

Our designs, code and artwork belong to Little Gasp. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use your website. You may not copy or resell our designs.

Liability

We work hard to keep every website online, but we can't guarantee it will be available every moment. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
